A foodie from the start, I am blessed to have a beautiful mom who is an amazing cook and even more amazing and patient teacher.  Some of my favorite memories as a kid are Sunday gravy, pizzelles at Easter and always a beautiful antipasto.  I truly believe food is love.  There is nothing more nourishing than a meal made with love shared over the dinner table.

My hope is gather recipes real families have over real tables.  Recipes passed down and recipes just invented to honor the American cuisine past and present.
